Is my order insured against loss during shipping?
  Yes, AND IT'S FREE!!! All That is Heavy provides FREE INSURANCE to protect against LOSS IN THE MAIL/NON-DELIVERY under the following terms and conditions:

All That is Heavy will replace a lost package at absolutely no cost to the customer if all of these reasonable conditions are met:

  1. The package has a Tracking Number. All packages have one except those shipped via First-Class International. If you live outside of the USA and you would like free insurance then you will need to choose Priority Mail International or Express Mail International since First-Class International does not have a tracking numbers.**
  2. 30 days have passed since the date that the package was shipped. IE: 30 calendar days since the date in the shipping notification email you receive when your order is shipped.
  3. The track-and-confirm function of USPS.com must confirm that the package has not been delivered.

** = It is extremely rare for a First-Class International package to get lost in the mail so even without insurance there is very little chance that you won't get your order. Literally 99.99% of our packages are delivered without a problem.

When will my order ship?
  We ship every day except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. "Priority" (domestic and international) and "Express" (available for international shipments only) orders are always shipped on the following shipping day. Which means that your order will usually ship within 12 to 24 hours after we receive your order and payment. "First Class", "Media Mail" and "First-Class International" orders will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. We pride ourselves on fast turnaround, secure packaging and excellent customer service so you can be assured that your orders will always be packaged securely and shipped as promptly as possible.
Where will my order be shipped from?
  We are located in the state of Idaho in the United States. All packages ship from our warehouse here in Idaho.
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship daily within the United States. We also ship daily to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico and to most countries in Europe and South America.

If your country is not specifically listed above then please begin the process of creating an account. During the brief account creation process we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the list of available countries then we cannot ship to your country at this time. This process should only take a few short minutes of your time.
